Icy Phoenix

Hi,
when i want to upgrade my phpBBXS to icy phoenix as admin nothing seem to happen when i use the update_to_ip.php
it gives me just a blanc page and nothing else, not even a error
what i'm i doing wrong :?:

are you running the script from install folder or from root folder?

i'm running the script in the install folder

run from icy phoenix root
