Fatal Error whit Ñ letter and accents

I have this problem and I cannot find a solution. My BD is in "UTF_8 spanish ci" and I dont understand I have this problem. :(
This problem is for the ver IP 2.0.0.86

Thanks Informpro, thanks Mighty... I cannot find a solution. I had to reinstall the database and icy system.

Now I have a new problem but this is another story and I must open another post. :(
