Subject: How Make Block Style?
How I will make also i the appearance blocks that you have in your Site?

AND

I want when in the Main Links to add my own Link and when makes click somebody on this for him open a new window that will have a form. The window I want it opens in the dimensions that I want i. How will become this?

For opening link in a new window you have to use javascript:
