How I will present the Menu Styles in in the category Main Links? And how I will add/remove in the Menu, Links? mine (Links)!!! Thanks for all. I have a lot of questions and you I will make dizzy little!!!

You can insert whatever you want in header by using ACP->Configuration->Headers & Banners section.
Give a try and let me know.
