I have a question... is there any software to create a icy phoenix theme?

I don't know how to call it, template or theme. what's the difference? :oops:

There is no differences, i think.

If you want to make own buttons and code, use notepad or wordpad and photoshop or other that saves the non-colored parts as blanks.

I use several software when coding... but what I use most are these:

• Editplus for all coding stuff
  
• FireFox for testing output
  
• Top Style Pro for CSS
  
• Photoshop for all graphics elements

i'll give a try to Top Style Pro
