Icy Phoenix

Hello people.

Here I bring the last official version to you of the Spanish language for Icy Phoenix.
All the files have adapted, or to edit or to add new key lines of language.

This version has required a lot of work, but here is for all.

I am grateful for the cooperation in this translation:
m740 for revising and updating the file lang_faq.php
ThE KuKa for translate the new file lang_downloads.php
KasLimon for translate the new file lang_dl_help.php
And JANU1535 for translate the new file lang_extend_icy_phoenix.php, revise and adapt all files. :mrgreen:
