How can I edit TPL files?

And

It seems that some file from brazilian, aren't translated.

Someone can confirm it?

I'm translate it, with Portuguese words with eg: á ; ção ; têm

I could do this? There's some problem doing it like this?
After the forum wont be with strange charecters (utf8)

 

To edit .tpl files - If you are using Windows - Click "Open With" and use either notepad or wordpad. It's only the ext that the editor doesn't recognise for the first time.

That really is a stupid word to use there anyway.  

I think "Personal" would be the choice.

That word can be found while trying to set permissions in ACP for forum.

Go in Forum Permissions and try to assign permissions in advanced mode.

Some words like Download, don´t have a portuguese brazil version.
And files like "sudoku" I do not translate because I found useless
