I am unable to move up or move down the album categories in ACP under Photo Album/Categories

What happens when you try? Nothing at all?
Do the "Edit" & "Delete" option seem to work?

When I click on move up/down it says it was moved, but it stays in the same spot.

The delete and edit functions do work.

That is strange that you get the "Successful move message"

It almost sounds like you are attempting to move a sub-category outside of it's parent category. :?:

That is exactly what I thought at first, but it isn't so.

Try re-uploading these 3 files:

admin/admin_album_cat.php
album_mod/album_hierarchy_functions.php
album_mod/album_hierarchy_sql.php

I just uploaded fresh copies of those files and no change. :cry:

Beats me.

I guess you may have to order them manually (phpMyAdmin), until this is sorted out.
I'm outta ideas on this one, but will keep it in my mind....I really would like to know this problem

Is this happening with anyone else?

I will change it in the database.
