after I lanuched update_to_ip.php this is the page... I have 1.0.14.14 and I choose the fourth option of upgrade...

what's happen?

U only have to chmod files now and enjoy icy phoenix ;)

Click fresh installation in the details and apply all the CHMODs in the list

No mate... he is upgrading
No need to do fresh install

The 14th (or aroud that step) is appply all CHMODs from fresh install.

When i upgrade my ip the files are chmoded and no need to do that...
If files aren't chmoded when upgrading they won't be chmoded when runing fresh install i think (despite that when running fresh install u will loose data)

I don't understand anything...

1. Can't DROP 'cache'; check that column/key exists .... what does it mean?

2. the files in the list I wrote in the first post are already chmodded... I mean: I checked for example files/album (and also others) and the folder is chmodded 777... like it says in the list...

I am thinking that the sql file "cache" holds data that your previous install had. It needs to be there....

The same thing happened to me. I found everything to work good. One thing I always notice;

If you use a program to FTP, sometimes depending on the .htacess file, you can only change CHMOD from your site FTP...

Yes it is running but now I locked it for the upgrade...

When I arrive to the 8th step this is the message:

then the list of errors... the fist two of which I don't know the meaning, and the files not chmodded but that are already chmodded...

Some errors are because some db changes are listed to have a safe upgrade. I'd also errors, but are because that field on my db is also there.

If files are chmoded, don't worry and enjoy icy phoenix ;)

I am sorry. I had the same errors too.

Ok, My site ran fine for 2 days, then it crashed.

I think when I upgraded, I didn't fix the problems, so they got worse. I am now doing fresh install.
