Hi
To solve your first problem, go to ACP->CrackerTracker->Settings->Registration Protection System, and deactivate IP Watcher feature.
As for the second, clear your Icy Phoenix cache directory. Do that whenever you change username.
Next time try to use Search function, most of the Icy issues were solved by team members. Icy have the best support around :wink:
