Was wonder if anyone has this running in their forums and if it works without too much customization of the code outside the installation of it. I was interested in trying this out once ICY goes final.
And for those that do not know phpca is a integrated classified ad system that uses the forums.
Check it out here http://www.phpca.net/
Thanks

Phpca Integration For Icy Phoenix
Subject: Re: Has Anyone Have Phpca Integrated Into ICY?
Sounds brilliant, darkone. Let us know if it works. I for one would be interested in integrating it with IP.

Thanks TC :)
I will try to get this installed after I have got the final release installed of ICY because I want to play with it. And I will let you know how it goes. Anyone else play with phpca and have it running with ICY so I can see it?

I've been using phpCA for about two years.. It is a wonderful little script.. I just found ICY today, but plan on integrating it into my new forums.

There is an error in the SQL import..
The SQL table prefix needs to be changed from phpbb_ to ip_ if you are using a vanilla install.

Ok.. After working out the bugs and conversions, I now have the mod working for ICY.
One thing to note is the TPL files are phpCA default. I did not modify them to ICY.. They work with ICY as-is, but you can change them to your liking.
Thanks to Pepi for pointing me in the right direction..
Here you go :)

Hi Artie,
You can get a good idea of what the mod looks like at the developer's website.. Visit http://www.phpca.net/phpBB2/adverts.php for the demo
Enjoy :)
P.S. I should also let everyone know that if you have problems with my version of the script, feel free to reply to this topic and I will respond. The only problems I've run into are CTracker errors.. Those are easy to fix and I think I got most of them.
