i wonder how can i move random pics block , i would like this block be not down the album but in the first.
and is it possible to have this block on the first page of my forum ?

Move it on the album index page by modifying album_index_body.tpl
Just grab this code and put in where you want (provide it's on the same page)
To install on your forum index, look in your contrib folder for full_album_pack_pictures_blocks_1_0_0.txt
