View Results Settings For Polls

Subject: View Results Settings For Polls
I remember that in PHPBB Plus I can configure if users can see or not the poll results if they did not vote yet.

In Phoenix 1.1.0.15a I did not see this setting.

If it is so, Is there a way that I can program this?
