Hi friends, please could someone help me solve this?, many users of my icy are being banned even with 0, 1, or more posts :shock: without any reason... this message appears to them:

that is in spanish... in english it means that system has banned the user account, identifying him as a spammer, even when he has 0 posts :censored:

please give me a tip? or where may I find in ACP this system?

check in ac panel the cracker tracker to spam config and disable the spam protection then remove the ban of users that have it. one by one greetings.
mi ingles es malo asi qe te lo digo en español que se me entenderas evisa el cracker tracker alli hay una opcion para el bloque de spam bot quiza esta en lista negra esa ip, y luego a los usuarios banneados les debes quitar el ban, eso se ve desde usuarios inactivos
