I am new to forums, and Icy Phoenix .. so this error may be quite simple.

Anyway, for some reason I keep getting this email ..

It has no details in it and my personal messages inbox is empty. I am the admin of the forum and I get about 10 a day :( Any ideas why this might be happening?

do you have the activity MOD installed?

if so... the email for trophy lost are not 100% correct
