Hi People,
Sure I'm new here but I have been around for a while, and have re-hashed a phpBB MOD for Icy Phoenix called "Advanced Mouse Hover"
Beta-Testing by one's self is not the best way to go, as others use different browsers and see / aspects / bugs etc that the programmer doesn't see.
So I need your help before releasing this thing. (Subject to whether or not Luca (MG)) would like to include it as a default app for Icy Phoenix's nex release, as it would take very little overhead to include it.
I've attached a couple of pics on what it is, and would appreciate if you went here -> h**p://forum-styles.com/community/viewforum.php?f=1 and just mouse-over the topics to see if it works for you. ;)
It has been tested with: FF v2.0.0.12 and IE7, anything else - I don't know about. :P
Thanks for any feedback. :)

In page http://forum-styles.com/community/viewforum.php?f=1 both posts worked fine in FF 2.0.0.12, but nothing shows when viewing them via 'Recent topics' or 'View unanswered posts'.
In IE 6.0.2900.2180 the same applies as above, but one of the drop down menus shows through the text. I'll add an image to show you what I get:
BTW - love idea of this mod!

Thanks People, :)
The MOD has been sent to Artie for vetting and will be released when the OK comes back. ;)
That's because viewforum.php is the only modded "forum" core file. To make it global would need a lot of changes to a lot of core files, and that's pointless. It's main purpose is only to indicate what the thread is about in lieu of poor descriptions in the title.
Thanks.
It's time you either upgraded to IE7 or use a different browser. IE6 is not recognising a lot the "New" .css that is used today; and it never was much good anyway. :(
And here is what it can't make sense of: width:auto; max-width: 300px;
Else you had better get used to seeing messages like this one. ->

I have locked new features for IP otherwise it won't ever be released! :mricy:
I prefer to keep all customizations separate from now on, because we should be near the final release.
I would suggest to create an ACP switch to enable / disable this feature, because it adds extra SQL charge to the viewforum and maybe not all users are willing to support this charge.

Hi MG,
Its default is disabled and is configurable in the ACP.
None - First Post - Last Post
Character Limit up to 755. :)
Unless you mean it to act as a Plugin would ?
