I have witnessed it personally but the one thing I do notice is that if you have been playing a game for about 30+ mins that most of the time your score will not save and give you this type of error:

error_arcade

Would these two be related and if not is there a timeout setting for the arcade or the site I can adjust so people don't have there session end if they happen to be playing a game for a long time.

Thanks

It could even be a problem related to session duration, try to increase session duration in ACP for your site.
