If you have already installed Icy Phoenix you don't need to redownload the full package, you can just apply this patch

So, does this work with any theme?

And, is this phpBB 3 and the mod because it seems like it would replace most, if not all of the original files, not that it matters to me as I'm about to redo my forum from scratch, but if it isn't a direct mod, is it updated with 3.0.1?

I've used about 4-5 portals that haven't really suited me the best. This one seems very promising.

Sad this isn't a mod on phpbb.com :(
