SOLVED Another Problem With News

Subject: Another Problem With News
I've check it won't display news for some reason i did set it as a block over and over can any one tell me what to do? the post is over 250 letters and i did put show on homepage what to do?

First, check your news permission, then you select this before hit submit new topic
