Note the entry that has been blocked and do the following.
Open: the file.php that cTracker has blocked.
Find:
define('IN_PHPBB', true);
After Add:
define('CT_SECLEVEL', 'LOW');

better you read the ctracker debug mode manual
maybe it's not so easy as your way but it's saver

With the amount of safeguards going into the next release of Icy Phoenix, I'm not exactly sure what role cTracker will play in the overall security picture.
Also, Icy Phoenix code is moving away from a lot of the basic phpBB code, whether that has any relevance or not is to be determined. But I would rather MG provide solutions for cTracker than apply anything that is basically written for Orion.
And as always, he or any other Staff Member is welcome to correct this document as they see fit. ;)
