Hello, as topic says I would like to ask if there's a way to make icy parse img tags in topic titles like free communities do. I've tried to put a $bbcode->parse in viewforum and viewtopic (parsing the topic_title), but i get a broken forum link (guess it parses the link too).
Thanks in advance :)
Img Tag In Topic Title
Subject: Re: Img Tag In Topic Title
Images in topic title should never be used... can you imagine someone posting a 1024 x 768 picture in topic title?
Why on hearth you need that?
Currently what you can do is enabling smiley parsing and add in the smileys sections the pictures you need in ACP...

Hello MG, thanks for your answer. I know that html/images/scripts aren't good things to allow into forums, but as i said many free communities allow them (girls and unexperienced people really like them since they are pretty much colored and have images everywhere). In my case it was requested for a graphic contest forum where the author asked to have a "preview" of contest topic with a little image in titles like:
http://i28.tinypic.com/59vwwg.jpg
As a preview of:
http://img30.picoodle.com/img/img30...n0m_7c2a912.jpg

Better creating a topic with all the contestant... it is cleaner and avoid you to deal with unwanted results...
For example create a topic with a content like this:
First image
Second image
Third image
XXX image
Last image
...and you are done!
