Proper Paragraph Spacing In Blocks Using HTML?

Subject: Proper Paragraph Spacing In Blocks Using HTML?
O.K., last question and I'll leave you guys alone for awhile:

When creating text/HTML blocks (HTML turned on), the paragraphs won't separate properly.

Example of the correct format:

XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

But what comes out is this:

XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

When I type it into the editor, it types with a space between each paragraph, but when it posts all of the paragraphs are bunched together.

A pic of what I'm talking about and where I want a space between the paragraphs:

para

Never mind, I played around a bit and got it to work. I did:

XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

<br></br>
<br></br>
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

<br></br>
<br></br>
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

And wound up with what I wanted:

para_fixed
