Hi.
All my users are getting a crackertracker security alert when trying to register. CT apparantly thinks every user is trying to inject my site with a worm...please help...thanks.
EDIT: I tried to update my newly made custom fields on my profile and I got this error. I cant seem to turn crackertracker off either...haalp!!

For the life of me I can't remember which file to make the below edit to. I had the same problem about a year ago.

Did you CHMOD all specific files/folders upon installation? Here are the files/folders you should have already set the correct permissions for:

I activated him manually... Some other users signed up fine. Don't know if there were any others that experienced this issue though. I'll check the Chmods now.

Another guy had this but he still activated his account. All he had to do was login. Weird.

I would probably wait until someone a little more experienced than me replies to your topic. I simply posted a topic from another user that provided a quick fix.

I think the problem is at your server. Try to contact your hosting service.

Pretty much I think 1/10 members are experiencing this so far. I don't think it's too much of a problem, besides, they're activated anyway - so all they have to do is go back and login, if that doesn't work I'll just activate them manually. so its ok.
