Can't Use BBcode

Subject: Can't Use BBcode
after a quick seach in the forum I haven't find anything about that problem...

I can't use bbcode in my forum... It goes only by inserting the code by key...

what can i do?

I think this is not the solution...
I'm going to update next days, but I don't know when...

so If someone have some ideas... tell me...

Clear cache... figure that all file are correct
All users get the same problem?

by figure that all files are correct i mean uploading again bbcb_mg.tpl, bbcb.js, the files that bbcodes use
