When changing the rank of a User in User Management in the ACP I get a pop up window asking what Username I am changing the password for.
Of course I am not changing the password but simply changing the Users Rank.

That is because your browser has autocompletion enabled... so when editing a user the password field is precompiled with yours.
To prevent this, disable autocompletion, or delete what is included in the password field before submitting changes.
