I don't know why the text "Página Generada en: 0.1558s (PHP: 91% SQL: 9%)" was moved a little bit to the right. is it because of the Translation text at the left. If it is, how can i center it? I've tried with the overall_footer but i can'get get it right.

I don't know what version of IP you are running, the template being used, or the language difference since my board is in English, but I can show you my overall footer in Black Pearl. Maybe that can help you get on the right path towards centering that information. I'm using Icy Phoenix 1.1.10.25, patched.
Here is my overall_footer_bl.tpl file contents. Maybe it can help guide you if our footers are in a similar format.
