Don't forget to clear your cache after changing the banner.  Sometimes it will show up without clearing the cache, but it doesn't hurt to clear it just in case.

I did all that. I checked those topics but the theme logo will not change.

Did you take the image you created in CustomIcy and rename it to: sitelogo_small.png and upload it to:

ip_root/templates/mg_themes/images/dark_blue/

Did you download the Mars Attack Template?

I always thought the styles went into the styles folder   I did upload and It still doesn't change.

Would you mind posting a link to the site you have IP installed on?
