I tryed to do this again and saw the same error, I gues the problem is in russian letters, my folder name contains russian letters
Also when I include russian rss feed in latest news russian letters transforms into ??????? , and when I use smiley generator russian letters does not converts too :?

The way to confirm the error is because of russian letters is trying to upload it changing it's name or it's folder name to the letters we use here (I don't know the name). If you could test please ;)

Yes, the name of one folder was in russian. How can I test that?
When I translating english lang files to russian I see normal words in russian on forum, but when I changed lang_main_settings.php meta description do not convert letters, I wrote it here but nobody answered me :oops:

I tried to upload same avatar from the same folder, now it work, thanks :chef:
