Thanks a lot for help me but I do it, I edit the file lang_welcome_block.php (english and spanish) but nothing happen, everything still there   I refresh my web several times to see if have changes but nothing

Can you tell me how can I clean the cache or empty like you say? sorry but I don't know a lot about this

if you are using firefox go to Tools > Options > Privacy > Empty Now > Select Cache and then OK. Chace Emptied

if you are using Internet Explorer go to Tools > Internet Options > General > Exploration Cronology > Delete or a similar path

It's right but it don't work, still the same original text, don't see any changes

Try to clear cache with ftp. I mean please empty your cach folder on your host
