errorr during installation of fresh installation of the last package

An error has occurred during installation
An error occurred trying to update the database
CREATE command denied to user 'semafor_xxx'@'xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx' for table 'ip_acronyms'

any one can tell me what i have made wrong ..
any help it will be aprecated

The user that u are using when installing do not have all the sql commands permissions

Set it to All, and you will have no problems
