Hi
My 1. Question is i changed the language in the acp from english to german nothing happens i cleared the cache nothing happens the language was english than i deleted the english language folder and sudenly everything was German? But i cant delet everytime the languagefolder:D what can i do to fix that?
My 2. Question is where can i change the charset becouse all the ö and ü where shown with the german languagepack so: �

It's a safe bet that he/she has installed the German Language pack as Default in the ACP and didn't go to their own profile to change it there. 
And by deleting the English Language, the board defaulted to German for all users anyway.

Yes thats right:D i tryed to clear the cache ,edit the database everything but i forgot to change my profilesettings very stupid^^
And the problem with the ä and ö is very easy to fix.
Go to your Apache configfile and search for AddDefaultCharset utf8 or so and replace with that AddDefaultCharset ISO-8859-1 than the english and german language should work oh and dont forget to restart you apache

Sascha833, you are talking about apache, so I guess you are working on localhost or within a VPS/Dedicated.
If you move to a shared you will not be able to make so.
