I just customize the Icy_Silver for lastest IP, but noticed there are not Thanks button and Similar topics block. They work on Icy Phoenix, but not Icy_Silver. Can anyone help me how to fix it?

check to make sure that the images are not a differant file type is so then simply edit the template and change the temp to direct to the correct images!

That is not possible because template files are exactly the same of standard template: both are based on mg_themes folder.
Maybe you didn't install the theme folder or you don't have those features enabled in ACP.
Try to check!
