I am running ip 15c and trying to install amazon product rotator mod.   And would like to create a new Sponsor block for this, can one help me, please?

It is in your ACP, Configuration > headers and banners and enter your code supplid by amazon into your Header banner code (2nd last large textbox) and set the button above it to Yes.

Thank you Tonyf12 for your comments, but this is not what I have in mind.   I am trying to create a new Block, so i can set it on the right side of forum.
