How can i edit the actual blocks like the text "WELCOME TO ICYPHEONIX" its not allowed in ACP...

also like my pictures for the album are not showing up

Edit the lang file... language/english/blocks/lang_welcome_block.php  

for the album you have a similar error that I have on my test site... reported already http://www.icyphoenix.com/viewtopic.php?t=834
