Banner Stretching Page

I'm having trouble with adding a banner to my website without it stretching the page to the right. I uploaded a picture with the problems circled in red below. I'm running the patched Icy Phoenix 1.1.10.25. I noticed there are many template files for this template and I think I am editing the correct one, overall_header_bl.tpl. I have included the code below that I think is the problem area.

If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

I just took a look at your site and it looks like you are using Black Pearl as well. I also noticed the banner at the top of your site fits perfectly without stretching the page. If you are using Black Pearl, what size did you make your banner to make it fit perfectly? Or did you make some changes in the code somewhere? If you made changes in the code, could you please post the file and edits you made?

We may be able to nip this in the bud between ourselves.

- I was also reading through that thread and noticed you were talking a lot about the images within posts stretching the overall format of your forum. I'd like to help you with that one, but I have no clue about proSilver.

I just edited the overall_header.html with Dreamweaver and put my banner there.

That may be my problem. I use and have always used Notepad to make changes to files. Dreamweaver will add stuff to your file without your approval if you don't watch closely, but I think I'll try editing this file with it.

I'll let you know if it works out.
