The quickest way is to remove all of the links for the portal, and re-direct it to the forum with .htaccess

The link that The Steffen provided is for an outdated version of Icy Phoenix, while it still remains true in part, you will possibly not find any useful template sets, unless they have actually been upgraded to the latest version.
