Hi everyone!
I'm a old user of phpBB with Smartor's ezPortal, so when a i have to edit my portal page i used to do it manually, using HTML, but i just installed the most recent version of Icy Phoenix and i realize that several resources can be edited using the ACP or the CMS editor but since not all resources will be available to my users (e.g.: download, sudoku, etc...) i want to disable or delete the links of the navigation menu. My question is, i have to do it manually or there is a way to do it through the site itself?
Thanxs guys and sorry for the bad english, brazilian guy here!

rafaely,
Icy Phoenix is pretty awesome when it comes to making changes in your menus. A lot of folks like to edit their menus by editing: nav_quick_links.tpl, but you also have an option of using a Dynamic Menu instead of the nav links [Site Map]. Many people have their dislikes of the dyn menu [Dynamic Menu] block, but I've never had a problem with it and use it on two of my websites. I just don't like having to edit a file manually just to add or remove a web link in my menu. It gets old real fast if you ask me. :mricy:
I'd give it a try and decide which type of menu best suits your needs.
Create a dynamic menu:
[DOC] Portal Guide
Editing links in the nav links [Site Map] menu:
Nav-Links - Modifying - Removing - Adding Links
