do you replaced config.php?
delete .htaccess

you have your root
no need installation it must work
blank pages, no info in opening the page
may be it is hosting baner

no idea
change this slow hosting
or let me connect to cpanel

it seems that your hosting is blocking something
can connect to root throuhg ftp ?

FTP Host : ftp.lx.ro
FTP Username : forumisti.lx.ro
FTP Password : the same password as in database or CP ...

take look at your root
some files are cutted by size.it is not so hard to compare with original
includes/pager_header.php does not present
you did not rename install and contrib directories.I did.

You must replace all your root without config.php, install and contrib
compare sizes by original files

the reason maybe .ftpquota

database is nice and ready to work
