I'm encountering issues when I go upload a photo and it goes complete i go back and its a black picture for the preview but if i click it it shows the photo. Also if i got to the admin panel at the top of the left bar and at the top of the main view it says:

Does anyone know why? And how I can fix that.

Is this an upgrade from a FAP version prior to 1.4.0 ?

As well, when you upgrade, you should remove all the old album files and copy over the newer ones (or compare files for changes)

Actually I had some other album mod on there not the same maker and then I put this version on. So I didn't upgrade at all. Any other suggestions?

Which FAP version are you trying to install?
The code that you say is appearing in your ACP is from a version prior to 1.4.0 (final) ---- That's why I thought upgrade
